Family Photo Safari | Oakland | The Genslers

We first met Rachel and Daniel back in 2010, where we did their Holi Color engagement session. After their engagement session, they ate some donuts at our local donut joint. In celebration of their newest member, Jerry took them on an Oakland photo safari, and true to form, they ended up at a donut shop!

We love this family.  Not just the folks in these pictures, but their whole family- all the nieces, nephews, babies, moms, dads, aunties, uncles, grandmas...  We're excitedly looking forward to the newest member of the Gensler clan.

UC Botanical Garden | Mather Redwood Grove | Wedding | Christina + Patrick

Christina and Patrick got married in the beautifully green UC Botanical Garden's Mather Redwood Grove.  Everything about their wedding was lush with a modern twist, from their floral arrangements to their ceremony in the cathedral-like redwood grove.  

To lead their guests along the windy picturesque trail, Christina and Patrick asked Tiny Home to create a little musical procession by serenading their guests on the guitar. Sonya and Gabe of Tiny Home are beloved friends of ours and they did the exact same thing for our wedding! It was one of our favorite moments and it was a perfect way to get everyone riled up for the reception!
